New Junky Posts: 3  Location: Central WI | Hi Everyone, I don't quite know where to get some help for this one, so I am here to ask those in the know. Orion doesn't carry replacement parts, nor do they seem to care unless you are purchasing something new. I Purchased what I thought was a new condition Intelliscope upgrade for my SVP on A.M. The magnetic ring in the RA encoder was damaged, (it looked like the sensor pins had been forced against the ring ) and the encoder test is way out of parameter. No matter what I do, not even prayer, or magic words worked.  Any ideas ? or will I just have to find/buy another complete system and eat the first one.?
